Nessy's New Home book signing & Annie (2014) film screening

Saturday 2 PM & 7 PM Tivoli Theatre

    Admission: free with book purchase

For this special event, the Tivoli is thrilled to host Indiana's Marcy Cook to celebrate the launch of Marcy's new children's book, Nessy's New Home. Copies of the book will be available for $15 with Marcy available for book signings, and includes free admission to the film Annie for each family who purchases a book. All proceeds benefit CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) For Children.

About Nessy's New Home: Marcy Cook has been dedicated to inspiring individuals to know and understand their value in the ways of Christ for the past twelve years. She has mentored one-on-one with youth, teens, and adults. Recently, when she and her husband attended foster parenting classes to adopt a child, she realized that there are very few children's books that focused on the transitional stages of foster care. Thus, she is embarking on a new endeavor to help kids all around the world feel valued and cared for during their transitional stages of foster care and/or adoption.

Annie (2014): A foster kid, who lives with her mean foster mom, sees her life change when business tycoon and New York mayoral candidate Will Stacks makes a thinly-veiled campaign move and takes her in. Starring Quvenzhané Wallis, Cameron Diaz, Jamie Foxx (Rated PG)
